Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note some items are final sale items (all trading card sales are final, no refunds or returns allowed) and are not eligible to be returned due to their collectable nature. If item is new and unopened, a 8% restocking fee will apply unless the item was returned as damaged. All items will be inspected upon return and if found to not be damaged the 8% fee will be applied. If you item is damaged please skip down to the Damages & Issues section for additional instructions.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@collectorsrow.cards. Please include  your order number in the subject line and provide a detailed explanation for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions to send your package back to us via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at help@collectorsrow.cards. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs for returns. If an errors occurs due to the actions of Collectors Row, we will reimburse you the return shipping costs. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order was damaged by the shipping carrier you are responsible for filing any damage claims with the carrier. If you wish to add shipping insurance to any order we can certainly assist you with that. Please order your product and then immediately email us at help@collectorsrow.cards. Please include your Order Number, your preferred shipped carrier, and the amount of insurance you wish to purchase (dollar amount). We will then create a custom invoice and send it to you for payment of your shipping insurance fee. All insurance fees are paid by the buyer; Collectors Row does not offer insurance on any order other than the any amount that is complementary from the shipping carrier. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, any item marked Final Sale, or collectible trading cards purchases (including but not limited to Pokemon, Magic, Weiss Schwarz or any other brand or type of Collectible Trading Cards, including all sports cards).  

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to deny service to any individual for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to the unreasonable actions of the customers. Collectors Row reserves the right to determine what action are unreasonable. 

Collectors Row reserves the right to block buyers from our website for making multiple fraudulent purchases, abusing product limits, non-respectful behavior, or any other reason deemed necessary by Collectors Row.
