At the delivered/dropped with customer status, Collectors Row LLC will not offer support or assistance in finding any lost or stolen packages unless the Shipping Protection option has been purchased. Shipping Protection offers insurance up to the total price before shipping, provided by XCover.

If you are worried about package theft after delivery, we STRONGLY recommend including the $4.75 Signature Required Fee with your order. You can add this to your cart below. This will ensure that your entire shipment requires a signature for proper delivery. When combined with Shipping Protection, this represents the highest level of package security we can provide! In the event that your package is damaged upon delivery or lost during transit, we can supply you with the necessary information to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
