Collectors Row Pre-Order Policy

1. Payment is required in advance.

2. The anticipated release and shipping dates may not always align. We strive to dispatch your item on or before the release date. However, there may be instances of shipping delays that could push your shipping date back by 1-2 business days after the indicated release date.

3. Collectors Row is not liable for any production delays that may arise. A production delay does not invalidate the Pre-Order Refund Policy. By placing a Pre-Order, you agree that your order may be delayed due to production or manufacturing issues.

4. The price you pay for each item is a “locked-in price,” and no refunds or partial refunds will be issued if the product's price decreases after your purchase. Additionally, you will not incur extra charges if the price increases after your purchase.


Collectors Row Pre-Order Refund Policy


1. To request a refund, please email help@collectorsrow.cards. Please include your order number! Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response.

2. Merchant Fees will not be refunded.

3. A restocking fee of 8% of the purchase price per item will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers the merchant fee we must pay to refund your purchase. The restocking fee is calculated as a 8% fee of your total purchase amount. 

4. If Collectors Row is unable to fulfill the order due to stock restrictions that were not foreseen, Collectors Row will refund the full order amount.
 
5. If you wish to cancel your order, Collectors Row Pre-Order Refund Policy will be in effect. Your purchase of these item(s) constitutes an agreement to these terms.

Shipping and Delivery Information

Collectors Row utilizes USPS, FedEx, or UPS for shipping all orders. Given the current global situation regarding shipping, distribution, and logistics, please be aware that your delivery times might be affected by unexpected circumstances. Orders are dispatched from Texas, and shipping to farther locations, such as California, New York, or Washington, may require additional time. Once an order has been shipped, please use your carrier's tracking tools to monitor the delivery. For any updates regarding your package or to report a lost item, kindly contact USPS, FedEx, or UPS directly. Collectors Row will dispatch pre-ordered items as soon as they are received from our distributor. We STRONGLY advise you to include the Signature Required Add-on with your purchase, which can be found in your shopping cart prior to checkout. Collectors Row cannot be held liable for packages that are misdelivered by the carrier, stolen after being marked as delivered, or damaged (for instance, if a package becomes wet or is otherwise harmed) after being marked as delivered. We are happy to provide contact details for each carrier to assist you in filing a claim. However, please note that your package is not insured for any value beyond what the carrier offers as a complimentary service. If you would like to insure your package, please place your order and then email us at help@collectorsrow.cards with your order number. We will issue you an invoice for the precise insurance cost associated with your order.


Japanese Pokemon Pricing and Ordering Policy

Japanese Pokemon prices are extremely volatile and can rapidly rise and fall within a few hours. It is important as a buyer that you understand our pricing policy and how our pricing can change.

We do our very best to lock in pricing for our customers and ensure you get your items for the price advertised. Prices on Japanese Pokemon sets usually start high (such as pre-orders or release day product) and will go down after release.

**NOTE** This is the current trend and can change at any time given the popularity of a set. If you wish to try to save some money, we would suggest waiting till after launch of the product for better pricing but we all know how boring that can be :).

It is important to note that our price adjustments (both up and down) will not be honored for orders already placed. This also applies to orders placed the same day or directly behind of another order. Updated 10/2/2023 - We will not price match or honor the prices of our items for sale on our website or TikTok Shop in our other store locations (in person, Facebook, Google Shop, Conventions, and Card Shows). These shopping locations might have different pricing than our website or TikTok Shop due to factors relating to the cost of attendance, show fees, or other charges.
