General Shipping Policy

Collectors Row utilizes USPS, FedEx, or UPS for shipping all orders. Given the current global situation regarding shipping, distribution, and logistics, please be aware that your delivery times might be affected by unexpected circumstances. Orders are dispatched from Texas, and shipping to farther locations, such as California, New York, or Washington, may require additional time. Once an order has been shipped, please use your carrier's tracking tools to monitor the delivery. For any updates regarding your package or to report a lost item, kindly contact USPS, FedEx, or UPS directly. Collectors Row will dispatch pre-ordered items as soon as they are received from our distributor.

We STRONGLY advise you to include the Signature Required Add-on with your purchase, which can be found in your shopping cart prior to checkout. Collectors Row cannot be held liable for packages that are misdelivered by the carrier, stolen after being marked as delivered, or damaged (for instance, if a package becomes wet or is otherwise harmed) after being marked as delivered. Reminder, if you do not elect Shipping Protection at the time of checkout, your order is only insured by the complementary amount of $100 provided by the carrier. Should your package be lost or damaged, you will only receive up to $100 back from the carrier in the event of damage or lost package! Collectors Row is NOT responsible for lost or damage packages, nor will Collectors Row reimburse any amount due to such acts occurring other than the up to $100 in complementary coverage. Carrier's complementary coverage does not cover packages stolen after marked delivered by carrier. These so called "porch pirate" cases are covered by XCover Shipping Protection if you follow the instructions above and provide a valid police report. If your jurisdiction does not provide Police Reports for such acts of violence, you will not be reimbursed for the package by XCover. Collectors Row is not responsible for the lack of accountability or the lack of support or services provided by your local law enforcement. 

Collectors Row uses a weight and local based model to calculate your shipping cost. All orders containing physical product will be charged a shipping cost when added to your shopping cart. Certain promotions may be active from time to time that provide free or reduced shipping rates. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted by a header or banner on our website, following the receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive an additional notification once your order has been shipped. Pre-Order items will be dispatched according to the guidelines specified in the description of each item. All orders are shipped using our Economy Shipping option as detailed below. 

Economy Shipping is characterized as the most economical Ground Level shipping provided by any of the three major US Shipping Providers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will compare the actual shipping costs for all three providers and select the lowest cost option for your specific address. In exceptional circumstances, such as weather-related damage, network disruptions, and other Acts of God, we may utilize a smaller regional carrier like DHL, Lone Star Overnight, or other carriers. Your shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number along with a direct link to monitor your order.

Economy Shipping has a delivery timeframe of 1-7 business days, depending on your location relative to our shipping warehouse in Center, TX 75935 (shipments to AK & HI will take longer than 7 business days). Any delivery dates provided on our website are estimated dates only and these are not guaranteed dates.

Should you require your package to arrive more quickly, Express options are available upon request. Please contact help@collectorsrow.cards with the items you wish to order, your delivery address, and the desired date for receiving your items. Please note that we do not provide Express shipping for Pre-Order items. 

Collectors Row LLC cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once the shipping carrier indicates that the package has been delivered, the responsibility shifts to the customer, and we will not be accountable for any theft or loss of the package unless you purchase our Shipping Protection at Checkout. Important Info: Lost/Stolen Packages

Collectors Row LLC will not be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked delivered/dropped with customer by the shipping carrier

At the delivered/dropped with customer status, Collectors Row LLC will not provide support or assistance in locating any lost/stolen packages unless Shipping Protection was purchased at Checkout. For items determined to be stolen from the delivered/dropped location, you will be required to submit a Police Report of the theft for XCover to cover your loss. 

If you are concerned about package theft once delivered, we HIGHLY recommend add the Signature Required Fee to your order. You can add it to your shopping card, or click here. This will cover your entire shipment with a signature to ensure proper delivery.

If your package is damaged upon delivery or lost during shipment we can provide you with information to file a claim with the shipping carrier. All our orders will ship with a complementary shipping insurance that is provided by the carrier used for shipment. If you wish to add additional coverage please add the Shipping Protection option in our Shopping Cart at Checkout.

We will not file damage or lost package claims on your behalf. Once it leaves our shipping location anything that happens with your package is between the shipping carrier and yourself. We are glad to provide relevant links to submit your request to the shipping carriers unless you purchase Shipping Protection at Checkout.

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer International Shipping for any order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@collectorsrow.cards with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do offer shipping to P.O. Boxes via USPS or UPS Ground Saver at this time. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return and a 8% restocking fee. Some items are Final Sale Items are listed as such on our site. All Trading Card sales are FINAL. This includes any Pokemon, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Topps, Panini, Wild Card, or any other brand of trading cards.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@collectorsrow.cards with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Again, we recommend adding Shipping Protection to all orders!
