Toploader Dimensions

Do I Need to Sleeve My Card First?

For raw cards up to 35 pt: Slide directly into the toploader — no sleeve required. The card will fit snugly and securely.

For valuable or grading-bound cards: Always sleeve first. A penny sleeve or soft inner sleeve protects card edges from the toploader's opening and prevents surface scratching during insertion and removal.

Note: Adding a sleeve reduces the effective thickness clearance. A sleeved card should still fall within the 35 pt limit for a proper fit.

Compatible Ultra Pro Sleeve Sizes

• Ultra Pro Penny Sleeves (Standard) — fits standard trading cards (2-1/2" x 3-1/2"); slim profile slides easily into this toploader
• Ultra Pro Soft Sleeves (Standard) — standard card size; soft poly construction ideal as an inner sleeve before toploading
