Shipping Protection by XCover
XCover.com’s Total Shipping Protection protects You if Your Items are Lost, Stolen, or Damaged during transportation or delivery.
It covers You up to Your order value (up to a maximum of $10,000) and starts when Parcels leave their Originating Address. Packages that are stolen are only insured up to $1000 in value.

Important Timelines to Remember:
- Claims must be reported no later than 30 days after shipped date (carrier pick up and scan). If a Parcel is marked by the carrier as “delivered” to the Delivery Address but it hasn’t been received by the customer, the claim must be filed within 10 days from the date/time the carrier marked the Parcel as delivered.

When you make your claim submission, you will be asked to provide evidence that supports your claim. This step is essential, as XCover will not be able to assess your claim without the required evidence.
The following will help you determine what evidence you need based on your claim reason:
How to submit a Shipping Protection Claim:
- Create an email and address it to help@collectorsrow.cards.
- Place your Collectors Row Order Number in the Subject Line. Your Order Number will start with the letters CR.
- Inside the body of your email please include the following:
- Name used to place the order
- Email used to place the order
- Shipping Address used on the order
- A Detailed Description of the issue with your Package. For example: Package was damaged during shipment. Please ensure you describe the damage, be as precise as possible.
- Ensure you attach the Evidence as stated above. Evidence is essential in getting your claim processed.
- Ensure you include your telephone number that XCover can reach you at regarding your package.
- Send that email to us and allow 48 hours for receipt by Collectors Row. We will submit your claim on your behalf and provide you a ticket number and any relevant data or requests made by XCover for your claim going forward.
Collectors Row is not responsible for denied claims that might result from the customer not providing records and evidence as stated above. We provide this service as a piece of mind convenience to our customers only!
Reminder, if you do not elect Shipping Protection at the time of checkout, your order is only insured by the complementary amount of $100 provided by the carrier. Should your package be lost or damaged, you will only receive up to $100 back from the carrier in the event of damage or lost package! Collectors Row is NOT responsible for lost or damage packages, nor will Collectors Row reimburse any amount due to such acts occurring other than the up to $100 in complementary coverage. Carrier's complementary coverage does not cover packages stolen after marked delivered by carrier. These so called "porch pirate" cases are covered by XCover Shipping Protection if you follow the instructions above and provide a valid police report up to $1000 in value. XCover does not provide theft coverage for any amount over $1000. If your jurisdiction does not provide Police Reports for such acts of violence, you will not be reimbursed for the package by XCover. Collectors Row is not responsible for the lack of accountability or the lack of support or services provided by your local law enforcement.
