Collectors Row Pre-Order Policy

1. Payment is taken in advance.
2. The expected release & ship date are not always the same. We do our best to ensure we ship your item on or before the release date. However, sometimes shipping delays do occur which might delay your shipping date 1-2 business days after the stated release date.
3. Collectors Row is not responsible for any production delays that may occur. A production delay does not void the Pre-Order Refund Policy. By placing a Pre-Order your purchase constitutes an agreement that your Pre-Order could be delayed due to production or manufacturing delays.
4. The price you pay per item is a “locked-in price” and no refunds or partial refunds will be given if the product goes down in price after you make the purchase. Nor will you be charged more if the price goes up after your purchase.

Collectors Row Pre-Order Refund Policy

1. To request a refund, please email help@collectorsrow.cards. Please include your order number! Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response.
2. Merchant Fees will not be refunded.
3. A restocking fee of 8% of the purchase price per item will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers the merchant fee we must pay to refund your purchase. The restocking fee is calculated as a 8% fee of your total purchase amount.
4. If Collectors Row is unable to fulfill the order due to stock restrictions that were not foreseen, Collectors Row will refund the full order amount. 
5. If you wish to cancel your order, Collectors Row Pre-Order Refund Policy will be in effect. Your purchase of these item(s) constitutes an agreement to these terms.

Shipping and Delivery Information

Collectors Row ships every order using USPS, FedEX, or UPS. In light of the current global shipping, distribution, and logistics situation, please understand that your delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen factors. Orders are sent from Texas, and shipping to more distant areas, like California, New York, or Washington, may take longer. After an order is shipped, use the tracking resources of your carrier to manage the delivery. For updates on your package or to file a claim for a lost item, please get in touch with USPS, FedEX, or UPS directly. Collectors Row will send out pre-ordered items as soon as they arrive from our distributor.
